With planned maintenance schedules we can help eliminate the need for expensive emergency call outs. However, if you do have an emergency situation we will endeavour to help you resolve it quickly and economically.
Since 1995 Ellis Building has successfully met the demands of high profile clients in the South-East and East Midlands who require proactive building services. Our clients generally dictate response times but we offer a two hour response for an emergency situation, for example where there is a potential health and safety risk or business critical issue. The normal response time for a non-critical defect to be rectified is twenty-four hours.
We partner with the best suppliers in our Industry. For our safety flooring products we use Altro flooring - Leading manufacturer of floor and wall coverings and Flowcrete - Leading manufacturer of resin flooring. So for the installation of Altro flooring products and the installation of Flowcrete flooring products in Suffolk, East Anglia and the East Midlands Ellis Group can satisfy your needs.
