Description - Refurbishment to Infection Control Guidelines (HTM64) and New Build

We were commissioned by the practice to carry out a major refurbishment and two consulting room extension to the facility.

Due to budget constraints  the initial 20 week  programme had to be amended to a 17 week programme to coincide with the opening the new practice.  Within the revised period additional works were requested including a full external upgrade of the existing premises.

Working closely with the Architect we managed to deliver the project on time and within the client’s revised budget despite major changes to the original scheme.

The Architect commented  “Movers Lane looks brilliant .... have done a smashing job”
